I have replaced Cally as CEO of the bank (with help of one of EIB Directors) and have explored the assets of the bank in order to save them.
Unfortunately there was barely any isk and no assets in the bank. All assets were on different directors and corporations. Kal D'Vogh has access to all EIB/I assets and isk and seems to be working hard on liquidating all assets in order to reimburse.
As a sign of good faith, Kal has reimbursed about 7.25bil of EMFI's investment into EIBI with a shareswap of EIBI vs BMBE shares.
I am going to release CEO of EIB to Kal D'vogh and remain in the bank with Jr Accountant role (was offered director role by Kal, but I declined).
For the last weeks Kal has given the impression to be genuinely interested in reimbursing the people that lost on EIB/I and UEMA. And he is struggling with liquidating because there are a lot of illiquid assets (such as unresearched BS BPOS which will have to be researched before sold)
The good news is, as things look now, EMFi will be able to pay dividends this period. And it looks like people will be able to get reimbursed (most) of their isk.. even if it might take months to do so.

If you are truly convinced about this (which I am truly not) I suggest you start shouting this AFTER Kal reimburses everyone, mmkay?
The only thing you can acheive now is ruining the chance of people getting reimbursed.

Right... well... smart guy...
Every day the audit lasted more isk was taken out of the bank. The audit was keeping the bank open for withdrawals. If the "Scam Shouters" camp won on Day 1 100-200bil would have been stolen. If the "Everything is fine while people are withdrawing" would have lasted another few weeks 100bil more would have been saved.
The only effect at this moment that slandering Kal will have is to see if he will buckle under strain and say "screw you all".
If that is your goal, well it is a free world, have fun!
For now, he may reimburse or he may not.. but calling him Cally surely doesn't help the chance of people getting their isk back.
I am not defending Kal or Cally I am just showing how stupid you are.

Oh, just to be clear.. by the time you all 'warned' everyone... there was nothing to warn about, the only effect the 'warning' had was people were losing more money. The real criminal is you.

Wait, so you say EIB owns EMFi shares and EMFi owns EIB shares?

Its just spreading risk, EIBI, NCIB, EMFI, FIEF are all sort of investment banks/mutual funds.. we own shares in eachother to spread the risk even further. There are some other ventures as well.
OT-TS is a production corp that dabbles in sharetrading, at many occasions OT-TS has owned EMFI stock. and of course EMFI has a position in OT-TS. Same with SHMEC, SHMEC owns EMFI stock for its long term capital, and EMFI has an equity position in SHMEC.
Just giving you some more information :P
